How to sell an NFT?

You can find your NFTs in your Inventory. You can put your NFT for sale or auction and select the amount of USDC (priced in USD) you wish to sell it for.

Go to your inventory
Select the item you want to sell.
Sell for a fixed price or auction the item
Define your fixed price or minimum bid.
Approve and Confirm the sale.

|| Note: The Arkane Market runs on Polygon/Matic , so only NFTs that live on the Polygon/Matic chain will be visible in your inventory.

How can I add funds to my account?

Accepted Answer

On our marketplace NFTs can be bought or sold on different blockchains including Matic (Polygon) and Binance Smart Chain.

At this moment users can only transact (buy or sell NFTs) using USDC on Ethereum (ERC20). More information about USDC can be found via their official website https://www.circle.com/en/usdc. Once the funds are deposited via Ethereum, users can freely buy or sell NFTs on any blockchain.

To add USDC to your account follow these steps

Go to your balance
Press Deposit

Send USDC (ERC20 - on the Ethereum Network) to the Ethereum Address as shown below the QR code
Buy USDC via VISA using Transak
Buy USDC via VISA using Ramp

On Venly's marketplace, all NFTs are priced in USD and all can be bought with USDC - this is a design choice aimed at mass adoption and ease of use.

Top up your account balance with USDC (Important: USDC on Ethereum)

Press the USDC balance icon next to your profile name in the right top corner
Press Deposit
Send USDC to the Ethereum Address as shown below the QR code

Browse all NFTs and click "Buy" on the one you desire
Congratz! You bought an NFT, it will now appear in your inventory of the primary Venly wallet of the blockchain that your NFT lives on (e.g. Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, …)

Can I use my Metamask wallet to buy NFTs?

No, coupled wallets like Metamask can only be used to sell NFTs. Note that you will need some gas (MATIC or BNB depending on which chain you are operating) to allow the wallet to transfer the NFT into Venly's custody which requires a transaction.

Can I transfer my NFT from my Venly wallet to my Metamask wallet?

Yes, visit https://wallet.venly.io/ and go to your invento

I sent my NFT to Metamask and now I can't find it anymore

Accepted Answer

Metamask is a different project therefore we can't cover all potential issues that are related to Metamask, but to get you started here are a few common issues that you might be facing:

Metamask doesn't support all nft contract / types
Metamask is connected to the wrong network
Metamask is connected to the wrong wallet

| In general our advice is to export your Metamask wallet and import it back in Arkane, if you still can retrieve your nfts then please contact our support.

How to connect Metamask to the market?

The market supports Metamask, here is a small guide on how to connect your Metamask wallet to the market.

Go to your wallets overview
Press the button 'Connect Metamask'
When Metamask is successfully connected a new wallet will appear in the overview.

No, coupled wallets like Metamask can only be used to sell NFTs. Note that you will need some gas (MATIC or BNB depending on which chain you are operating) to allow the wallet to transfer the NFT into Venly's custody which requires a transaction.

Can I transfer my NFT from my Venly wallet to my Metamask wallet?

Yes, visit https://wallet.venly.io/ and go to your inventory. Once you enlarge your NFT, there will be a transfer button.

If I used my Metamask wallet to sell an NFT, will this NFT be stored in my Metamask?

No, NFTs will always be stored in the primary Venly wallet of the blockchain that your NFT lives on (e.g. Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, …)

If I sell an NFT with my Metamask account, will the proceeds go to my Metamask account?

No, they will always be returned to your Venly account balance. From there you can freely (and costlessly) withdraw the USDC to any ethereum wallet of your choosing

How do I edit the price of a listing?

At the moment you need to contact our support to edit the price of the listing. Please paste your offer URL in the chat and our tech team will update the price for you. Please note: Auction prices can not be altered if a bid has been placed.
